Meet Dr. George K. Logan, founder and senior pastor of New Day Christian Church, and learn more about his call to ministry

Dr. George Logan is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. He later completed his theological and ministerial studies in Los Angeles at Crenshaw Christian Center Ministry Training Institute founded by Dr. Frederick K.C. Price.
His first taste of servanthood and leadership was through New Life for Old Prison Ministry. It was during and after this time that the Lord impressed on his heart a desire for a full-time ministry.
Certain that he had been called to Morganton, NC, Dr. George and his wife Kim, a native Morgantonian, began their plans to leave Los Angeles in January 1994. After traveling across the country, they established what would become New Day Christian Church

Faith, Family, and Ministry
Dr. George Logan and his wife, Kim, are blessed with four children: Gabriel, Katie, Michael, and Joel; a daughter-in-love, Sue Ellen; and three grandchildren: Pax, Alma, and Kimble.
Through his teaching, leadership, and faithfulness, Dr. Logan continues to serve with a heart for God, a love for people, and a desire to see lives changed through the Word of God.
